Is there a free plan with AI notes anywhere?
Some. Zoom's free Basic plan includes AI summaries for 3 meetings a month (checked Nov 8 2026). Free Google Meet doesn't include AI notes; Gemini notes come with paid Workspace plans. Let's Sit Down Free has no AI, but it has no time limit per meeting, which neither free plan offers for groups.

What happens when the trial ends?
You move to Free by yourself. Nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted: your past recordings, transcripts and recaps stay yours to read and download. Business is $9.99 a month or $99 a year at the founding price if you want to keep AI notes.

Can I ask my own AI about my meetings?
Yes, on Business. Connect your own AI like Claude or ChatGPT and ask "which clients asked about life insurance this month?" Your AI reads your meetings and transcripts; it can't change or delete anything.
Do people know they're being recorded?
Yes. Recording only starts when the host taps Record, and everyone sees a red RECORDING sign the whole time. Anyone can leave instead of being recorded.
