Bigger events
Turn on bigger events in your account and a room can grow past your plan, up to 1,000 people. Each person above your plan costs $0.25 an hour, added to your next bill. A one hour training for 300 people on Business is 200 extra people for one hour: $50.

Yes. No meeting on any plan, Free included, gets cut off by a timer. Run a two hour client review or an all day training. Fair use applies: about 20 hosted hours a month on Free and 60 on Business. If a room runs around the clock we'll reach out before anything changes.
No. Guests tap your link and join in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. They check their camera and microphone in one tap, wait in your waiting room, and you let them in.
Up to 25 on Free, 100 on Business and 300 on Leader. Bigger events can go up to 1,000 people for $0.25 per extra attendee hour above your plan.
When you record on Business, you get the full transcript and an AI recap with what was discussed, decisions and next steps. Attendees can get a short AI summary by email; you choose on or off for each meeting. The recording and the full transcript stay with you.
Yes, on Business. Make a private key on your account page and add Let's Sit Down as a connector. Your AI can then list your meetings, read summaries and transcripts, search across them and pull action items. You can also download notes as Markdown or text, or send each finished meeting to Zapier or Make with a webhook.
Yes, on Business and Leader. Pick one of 12 common colors, paste your exact hex code, or upload your logo and pull your colors from it. Your join page, waiting room and booking page use them, and we adjust the contrast so everything stays easy to read.
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep Business until the end of the time you paid for, then you move to Free. Your room keeps working.
Everyone in the room sees a red RECORDING sign the whole time it runs, and anyone can choose to leave instead of being recorded. Recording only starts when the host taps Record.
