Let's Sit Down™

Video meetings, the easy way

Sit down with your people.
No clock running.

No time limits, up to 100 people, nothing to download, AI notes after every call. Free to host. Business from $9.99 a month (founding price through Dec 31).

No card needed. Real meetings on Free, with no timer.

What is Let's Sit Down? Let's Sit Down is a video meeting app that runs in the browser with no time limit on any plan. Hosting and your own booking page are free, for up to 25 people. Business is $14.99 a month ($9.99 founding price through December 31, 2026) for up to 100 people, your own link, co-hosts, recording, full transcripts, AI recaps, summaries for attendees, your brand colors and connecting your own AI like Claude or ChatGPT. Guests always join free, with nothing to download.

The problem

Meetings shouldn't end
in the middle of a sentence.

40

The 40 minute cutoff

Zoom's free plan stops your meeting at 40 minutes, right when a client is opening up. Free Google Meet group calls stop at 60.

App

"Download the app first"

Zoom pushes its app. Grandma is off hunting in the app store, and the call starts 15 minutes late.

?

A screen full of tiny buttons

Small icons, pop ups and settings menus. The people you most want to talk to give up.

Let's Sit Down fixes all three. No clock, no download, and buttons big enough for anyone.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to install.

  1. 1

    Start free

Type your email, get a code, and you have your own meeting room. No password, no card.

  2. 2

    Send your Sit Down link

Text or email it. Guests tap it on any phone or computer and we walk them through the camera, step by step.

  3. 3

    Sit down and talk

Let people in from the waiting room and talk as long as you need. On Business, your notes are waiting when you hang up.

After the meeting

Everyone leaves with Sit Down notes.

On Business, when you record, you get the full transcript and a recap with what was decided and the next steps. With one tap, everyone who came gets a short summary by email from you. Only what you choose to send. The recording and transcript stay with you.

Your co-hosts and staff can start your meetings, let people in from the waiting room and book on your calendar, so nothing waits on you.

Your Claude does it for you

Just tell your Claude. Type it or say it out loud.

Connect Sit Down to the Claude app once, with one private link. After that, you just ask, the way you'd ask an assistant. It works with your voice through the Claude app's voice mode.

On Business. Copy your link from your account page, then in the Claude app: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste. ChatGPT and other AI tools that take a connector work too. Claude is a product of Anthropic and ChatGPT of OpenAI; Let's Sit Down™ isn't affiliated with either.

Things you can say
  • "Set up a Sit Down with John Smith Tuesday at 3 PM and send him the invite."
  • "Move my 3 o'clock to 4."
  • "Cancel tomorrow's meeting with Joe."
  • "What's on my calendar this week?"
  • "Change my hours to Monday through Thursday, 10 to 6."
  • "Add Mayra as a co-host."
  • "Charge $77 for my consultation."
  • "Set up an in-person Sit Down with John Tuesday at 3 at my office."
  • "Match my brand to my website."

Coming soon

Reminders from your number. People answer people they know.

People skip texts from numbers they don't recognize. Soon, Sit Down sends booking reminders from your own phone number: through Messages on your Mac or iPhone, or your phone's own texting on Android. Rather not? We'll send them from our business line instead. Coming soon to Business.

Only to people who booked and asked for text reminders. Reply STOP anytime. Email reminders work today.

From: You

Hi, just a reminder about our Sit Down tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Here's your Sit Down link: letssitdown.com/your-room

A drawing of the feature, not a real message.

Features

Built for real conversations.

No time limits

Not on Free, not on any plan. Run the two hour client review or the all day training.

A real waiting room

See who's there and let them in with one tap. Your team can admit people when you're running late.

Nothing to download

Guests tap your link and they're in, on any phone, tablet or computer.

Camera help for grandparents

Big pictures show exactly which button to tap on their phone or browser. Voice only works too.

Breakout rooms

Split a class or a team into small groups, then bring everyone back with one tap.

Business

Your booking calendar

People pick a time from your hours. Each booking gets its own room.

Business

AI notes and transcripts

Every word, plus a recap of decisions and next steps after each recorded call.

Business

Connect your own AI

Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your meetings and get answers from your own transcripts.

Business

Recording that keeps going

Long meetings record in parts with no gap and come back as one transcript.

Connect your own AI

Your meetings, inside the AI you already use.

Your meetings, transcripts and action items flow straight into Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools. Then just ask.

“What did I promise Sara on Tuesday’s call?”

“Draft my follow ups from today’s meetings.”

“Which clients asked about pricing this month?”

Set it up in 3 steps

  1. Get Business. Connecting your own AI comes with it.
  2. Copy your connector link from your account page. It's private to you, and you can turn it off anytime.
  3. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. In Claude, add it as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it in developer mode.

Plus a webhook: send every finished transcript and recap anywhere, like Zapier, Make or your own CRM. Your AI can read your meetings; it can't change or delete anything. Claude custom connectors work on Claude's Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans; ChatGPT needs a paid plan with developer mode. Technical name: an MCP server.

Earn 20% for 12 months

Share it. Earn a referral reward.

Every paid account gets a referral link. When someone signs up and pays through yours, you earn 20% of what they pay for their first 12 months. As you share, your rewards can cover what your tools cost.

Example: if 5 people sign up on the same plan you're on, your 20% adds up to the cost of your own plan.

Referral rewards come as account credit, or as cash once you connect a payout account. The example is math, not a promise of income: what you earn depends on who signs up and stays, and many people earn nothing. When you share your link, say you get a reward. Referral terms.

Questions

Questions people ask

Is Let's Sit Down really free with no time limit?

Yes. You can host real meetings for up to 25 people on the Free plan and nobody gets cut off by a timer. Your booking page is free forever too. Guests always join free. Business is $14.99 a month ($9.99 founding price through December 31, 2026) when you want 100 people, your own link, co-hosts, recording, transcripts and AI notes.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests tap your link and join in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Before the browser asks for the camera, we show big, step by step pictures of exactly which button to tap, so nobody gets stuck.

Is it easy for older people and people who aren't good with technology?

That's who we built it for. The buttons are big, the words are plain, the camera and microphone help shows each step for their exact phone or browser, and there is a voice only option if the camera won't cooperate.

How is Let's Sit Down different from Zoom?

Zoom's free plan stops meetings at 40 minutes and pushes its app. Let's Sit Down has no time limit on any plan, nothing to download, and Business includes a booking calendar, transcripts, AI recaps, attendee summaries, your brand colors and connecting your own AI for $14.99 a month ($9.99 founding price through December 31, 2026).

How is it different from Google Meet?

Free Google Meet group calls stop at 60 minutes, and recordings, transcripts and AI notes need a paid Google Workspace plan. Let's Sit Down Free has no time limit, and Business adds recording, transcripts and AI notes for $14.99 a month ($9.99 founding price through December 31, 2026).

Can I connect Let's Sit Down to Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, on Business. Copy your private connector link from your account page and add it to Claude as a custom connector, or to ChatGPT in developer mode on a paid ChatGPT plan. Then ask your AI about your meetings, transcripts and action items.

Can I record long meetings?

Yes, on Business. Recording keeps going on long meetings: we save it in parts with no gap and stitch the transcript and recap into one. Business includes 20 recorded hours a month.

Can I use my own colors and logo?

Yes, on Business and Leader. Pick one of 12 common colors, paste your hex code, or pull colors from your logo. We adjust the contrast so everything stays easy to read.

Does it have a waiting room and breakout rooms?

Yes, on every plan, Free included. You see who is waiting and let them in with one tap. Your team can start the meeting and admit people when you're running late.
